Drivetrain anybody ever think of putting a velocity stack on the intake

anybody ever think of putting a velocity stack on the intake

think one of these would be of any benefit to assisting airflow, if you put it on that little intake tube that pulls air from the top of the radiator?

has anyone ever really modded this separate intake tube? make the intake head bigger, or pull from somewhere else on the car?
