JCW Exhaust instal DIY exist anywhere? Tips?

I searched the DIY section and didn't see anything. I'm swapping out my 06 R53's stock exhaust for an 06 JCW exhaust. Looks like it should be pretty straight forward, but was curious if a DIY exists just in case.

The rear hangers just pop in the rubber mounts > no idea about the rest. Is there a gasket between the bolt-on part between the resonator and cat? Anything else I should know? I hoped to get this done before (3 hours) work with standard jack stands.

Thanks!

I'm jacking the car up tomorrow. Last call, any suggestions? I found more DIYs for simple stuff like "How to remove exhaust tips".. kind of disappointed. Seems like whenever I go down the mod road without instruction there's always a tool/part I don't have yet.. taking extra time. A "how-to" builds confidence for non-gearheads like me who need a manual to fill tire pressure. I think I'll take the camera with me and make a DIY.

For anyone else out there, here's a link I found with a couple suggestions:

https://www.northamericanmotoring.co...all-a-jcw.html

TRuTH:
"just unbolt it from the cat and the "work" on unhooking it from the hangers. you might have to work hard on unhooking it from the hangers(they stick). They just do the above in the opposite direction. This is how I replaced mine on my other car. It is is not a big project if you have access to a lift it helps a lot."

"I have done mine in the driveway many times. As TRuTH stated the biggest pain is the rubber hangers. I spray with WD-40 to make them slid as well as possible. I use screwdrivers to pry the rubber off the hanger. Be careful not to rip/tear the rubber hanger. The other pain can be getting the slip joints to seal. After you get the exhaust on, before you lower the car, start the car and feel for exhaust leaking out of any joints. I had the joints on my Borla exhaust welded after I installed, cost $30 to get the joints welded. My Milltek came with exhaust sealant that I applied to the slip joints and it worked OK."

You are going to find that this is one of the most straigh forward swaps you can make. Two suggestions.

Be sure you have the right pipe. For your 2006 it should have a crimp just before the Y. If it does, then your hangers will point in the right direction.

Then there is a
simple tool simple tool
that gets the hangers out of the rubber bushings. Without the tool it is a pain. And be sure to lube the hangers before you try to pull them out.
