Reading and understanding data logs
I am a n00b when it comes to reading my data logs. I'm trying to educate myself, but would love tips and recommendations for what to look for when looking at the data from the OBDII reader.
Here is what I am looking for now:
-Short term fuel trim: Since I am running a meth blend I should see the STFT dip into negative %. Currently seeing 5-10% pulled fuel at peak loads.
-Spark Advance/Timing: It is adding timing up 39 degrees at peak. Unsure of what more I should look at here.
-Boost/Map: I see peaks of 17-19.
-AFRs: Idles at 14.7-13.8 when running meth. I know this is at best a guesstimate based on the Lambdas.
My goal is to be able to better dial in my nozzle and spray mix using this data before scheduling dyno time for the final tweaks.
