Help! I can't get my pulley off - any suggestions?

My '02 R53 has a -19% pulley on it - I've been told it's way too much for my stock intake, milltek cat-back, and other mods. I want to swap it for a -15% and eventually add a CARB CAI - Cali the nanny state - but 3 of the 4 bolts are stuck. Any suggestions??? Would rather not bring it to a shop and have them lift the motor to do the swap - I have the pulley tool, but can't get the bolts loose.
Any suggestions?

Youre going to need to lift the engine. The pulley puller wont work on a 19%. Finaly a little heat and oil goes a long ways.

You need to take the upper mount loose, and the lower one off, the trans mount can stay. Jack the motor up by the oil pan with a pice of wood or a good jack pad. Its got to come up about 3 1/2-4 inches.

Easyest way to get those bolts out is going to be leaving the belt on to hold the pulley in place. If they wont budge still, heat the pulley up with a torch (Dont worry about melting the belt you shuld be getting a new one) when the pulley is hot spray a lot of WD, PB Blaster, whatever penetrating oil you use on it. Let it sit for a couple minutes before trying the bolts again. If that dosent work heat the pulley up a little more.

It should pull right off of it's collar, then the collar will pull off of the shaft. You micht need to pop it loose with a large screw driver.
