Anyone in Central Florida that would install a pulley? A reasonable shop?

Just bought an 03' and want a bit more HP.

Wondering if anyone knows a "moonlighting" Mini mechanic (found a BMW mechanic like this a while back when I owned an M3) who wants to do an install? Of course for cash money...Just want to pay a reasonable price...

I do not know what to buy, etc. I would need help with this. Also if any other parts should be replaced while "in there". The car has 59,000 miles on it.

Finally, does the ECU needed to be reprogrammed / retuned due to this change? OR, does this help (if this is even done)?

As you can see, I am a newbie...Just bought it yesterday.

THANKS IN ADVANCE!!!
