Just took off my M7 Super AGS intake because i got an AcessPORT and Alta claims that they can make the tune work for that intake...probably just because they cant get anyone to buy their POS intake...anyways I digress. I build a custom CAI which is pretty much just a cone filter attatched to the MAF and it sounds nasty and feels really natural when stepping into the car and the throttle isn't being glitchy but my idle is fluctuating about 50-150 rpms as well as turbo psi fluctuating and im not sure why...it almos sounds like my car is about to stall out but my engine revs up to prevent it. and worst part....it only does this around 75% of the time. the other 25% of the time its completely fine....any ideas on how to fix this??? HELP!

hahah i guess when I removed the M7 intake i pulled it off by accident and just didnt notice....i feel dumb hahah

wait, what was unhooked? because I have a DOS intake and mine does the same thing..

 

just took it on a road trip to go snowboarding...open hood scoop...well you know the rest haha

 

On the passenger side of your engine on the top left corner there is a hose that is plugged in. It is the PCV hose that goes from that spot into the intake manifold. It idles like death if it is unplugged.

Okay well now that we all see the same thing...thats what was unhooked so if yours is unhooked..thats why ur idle is off
