Drivetrain Where to grab boost reading on 2011+ N18?

Yes - I used a BSH boost tap adapter at the port on the intake manifold shown in the top right of the picture.
Been running strong ever since (boost and vac)!

Yes, you will need to remove the airbox and place this in between the tube shown at the base of the intake manifold. It goes right in, then is secured with the locking arm. Then, connect the hose as usual and you're all set.

For the life of me I can't remember which of those it is (hose or cap) but you will figure it out really quickly with the diameter of the boost tap - they're different sizes, and only one is large enough. I think it was the capped one.
To remove, squeeze the sides of the plastic ring to release the two middle tabs and pull outward.
