I just won a takeoff blower on Ebay, and intend to disassemble it and port the intake section as well as the exhaust port on its base. I also intend to fill the two side holes outside the main port on the base. These smaller ports are there solely for noise control, and cause a slight loss in boost. I like the blower noise, I like boost, so I am going to terminate their purpose. I also intend to port match the intake tube to match the blower port, and smooth it internally.

So, if anyone has done anything like this, let me know. I appreciate any input. I have a background in this type of mod from my '02 Lightning, and the M112 Eaton on it. The side port filling and intake/exhaust porting on the larger blowers leads to gains of 7.5-10% in wheel horsepower, with increased efficiency and boost levels with no change to pulleys. I am curious as to whether our smaller blowers will show like gains. Below is a pic of what I am talking about:
