02 R53, pulley and DTBPV anything else worth doing while in there?

The title says it all, but I'm finally getting around to doing the bypass valve to fix the yo-yo and pulley for some fun. I'll be doing the work with a mechanic friend of mine, but is there anything else worth doing while I'm in there? I'm about to hit 70k and do all the regular maint, there are Koni coilovers and the one-ball mod as well as a K&N intake installed but that's it power wise.

Thanks for any input guys, I really appreciate it.

You might want to look at the back end...a bigger anti sway bar is coilovers will be the limit to you suspension upgrades....if you choose to add camber plates, your choice of swaybar will be much smaller...
Safe to say the regular mantance includes new belt, plugs (use a torque wrench), brake bleed, radiator flush, and a check of the different bushings...often overlooked, but the own ones wear pretty fast, and swapping them out can make a big difference handling wise.

Supercharger oil change. I did it at that moment. The plug on the water pump end is the one hard to get to. I took out the SC all together. And did the lube change and pulley.
A day's work, many years of peace of mind.

While you're "in there" replace the upper engine mount with a poly unit from Way.

You might want to think about replacing the pulley belt tensioner or at least the bushings:

http://www.waymotorworks.com/powerfl...e-bushing.html

Along with the pulley; a new belt, tensioner strap and spark plugs.
Here is the WMW pulley kit:

If you already have the pulley, here is a maintenance kit:

Since you have an 02, the engine mount is probably not a problem. Later years have the mounts that start leaking after about 30,000 miles.
