The bottom port on the DV connects to the metal nipple on the soleniod ( inline and on oppisite side of solenoid where the manifold intake line connects to the solenoid) and the top port on the DV connects to the vertical nipple on the soleniod. I bought mine from Way Motor Works and recieved 3 pages with text and pictures that was very clear and made installation quick and easy. If you want more help please send a PM with your email and I will scan the instructions and attach to a return email, good luck. BTW you will be very happy with the performance of the Forge DV it is a huge improvement over the OEM.

Try Way Motor Works.
http://www.waymotorworks.com/

I bought mine there. After you install the Forge D/V you can change to either of the two springs supplied. You can change springs in just a few minutes because you do not have to remove the D/V to change springs.

i have seen the forge one at other websites, way don't ship to Australia. How did you know which spring you needed? i have a cooper S with JCW kit, DP , RMW tune and soon Alta FMIC. Does one spring say modified and one say stock? sorry for silly questions but i have no idea about putting things on my car.

You get two springs one is green and for lower boost (10 -15 psi) and a yellow spring for higher boost (15-23psi). I am just going by memory on the boost values but I think that's close you can call a supplier of your choise to get that info when you want to order part. With the RMW tune you should be using the yellow spring.

The spring, boost pressure ratings for the FM207V are as follows:

Green: 0-10 psi, this will be fitted as standard in your valve

Yellow: 10-16 psi, this should be supplied as an alternative in your box.

Blue: 16-22 psi

Red: 22 psi upwards

I got this info from Czar. I guess he doesn't mind to post it here.

I thought the Forge BOV Kit only comes with the Green and Yellow springs. How can we get the Blue and Red springs?

Communicate directly with the manufacturer at forge. They are a UK based company. Contact details are freely available on their UK website

Here are the correct specs for the springs:
Green - 5-15 PSI

Yellow - 15-23 PSI

Blue - 23-30 PSI

Red - 30 + PSI

If you want the blue or red springs we will get them for you, but 99% of people aren't going to need them.

Also we do ship to AUS, just we have to get wire transfers for payment.

Hmm seems there is a conflict of pressure ratings between information supplied direct from Forge here in the UK and the USA!

Reports from those who have upgraded to the Forge are very good. Can you elaborate?

We are talking about the Forge BOV (http://www.waymotorworks.com/forge-blow-off-valve.html).

Or are you talking about the Forge BOV Adaptor (http://www.waymotorworks.com/forge-b...r-s-turbo.html)?

Please confirm. Thanks!

Good point akng. I thought the thread was about the first link in your reply above, the entire BOV assembly upgrade as opposed to just the adapter.

The BoV. Way installed it. When under light turbo load and pushing the clutch in, it caused a flutter sound, kinda like Chevy Chase in Caddyshack practicing putting. I just hated the sound. At the Dragon, tearing through the turns, turbo screaming it was amazing but... Driving through town it gave no advantages and made the noise. Maybe I'm just shallow.
