Dinan Pulley Installation Instructions?

Does anyone have the installation instructions for the Dinan pulley? I've had a new Dinan pulley for a couple of years and have finally decided to put it on my '04 MCS. I had the instructions when I got the pulley, but can't find them now. I know the general instructions are the same as any other pulley, but my main concern is what the torque specs are for the fasteners? The pulley also came with a u-shaped spacer/tool and I have no idea what this is for.

I took another look around the house and found the instructions I was looking for. If all goes well, I'll be putting this pulley on this weekend.

i just did my pulley last week. it went amazingly well. when you are getting ready to pull the old one remove the plastic cap in the end of the crank shaft by unscrewing it. That is the only part in removing my pulley that gave me problems.

Thanks! My plans changed last weekend and I didn't get this project started. Maybe this coming weekend.

This pulley is a standard 4 bolt collet design, aluminum pulley, stainless collet. The Dinan instructions recommend lightly oiling the inside surface of the pulley were it mates to the collet. I've read instructions for similar designs and haven't run across this before. I assume it is allow the pulley to slide over the collet as it tightens to the shaft.

The other difference I found was the step to secure the pulley to the end of the supercharger shaft with a bolt before tightening the 4 socket headed cap screws that tighten the collet. This is a temporary bolt that goes through the center hole of the pulley and into the threaded hole in the shaft.

Both of these steps seem that they would be beneficial for any pulley installation, regardless of the manufacture.

Finally got this pulley installed! Had an issue with the puller I was using. I have one of the Alta split ring pulley removal tools that you use with a crow foot style puller, but I couldn't get enough clearance to attach the puller I had to the Alta tool. I must have lifted and lowered the engine a half dozen times thinking I was doing something wrong. I was ready to abandon the project and put the car back together. Then I started looking at the puller I was using and determined that it needed to be smaller so I went to Sears and bought a new puller for $19. After that everything went fairly smooth.
