I'm Thinking About Getting A Mini-madness Stage 1 Head, Putting In New Oversize Valves 1.8mm Intake Valves And 2.3mm Exhaust Valves And Throwing In A Schrick Cam As Well. Question Is Would I Run Into Any Problems If I Use Stock Pistons With This Upgrade?

 

Your stock pistons should work fine.
The R53 pistons are designed to deal with the extra heat from a SC.
You are only increasing the air volume, not any extra heat.
Your compression ratio, 8.3:1, should not change much at all.

You really ought to check out the Thumper heads. They are a much better product than the Madness ones.
