dented muffler = big issue?

Just got a great deal on a used Milltek catback - BUT it the driver's side muffler is dented in (fairly deeply). I've definitely felt an improvement in power (especially midrange+), so not sure if this is merely an aesthetic concern. At idle, it feels like the same amount of gas is flowing through both tailpipes.

Anyone think this is a big issue?

You would have to have an internal scematic (a picture that shows the guts) to know for sure, but most likely it is not a big deal since you said they flow the same.
