I just got my production number this week, and getting into the Owner's Lounge is no problem. I have checked my order and it all looks good, except under Factory Ordered Options there is nothing! I've ordered the Sport Package, Cold Weather Package, and the Premium Package. I've talked to the dealer, and they said the order is correct, and to give it a week to get listed. Did anyone else have this problem/issue?

Hey! I've heard this same thing from several other people.....don't worry yet. Just keep checking......everything is fine, I'm sure.
(I did not personally have this problem because I didn't even get my production number until after my Mini was produced.)

I never ever had anything under factory options either, but I was assured all was well. I guess if it isnt there will be some heads rolling mid October...obviously they need to watch Braveheart, Scottish people get pretty mad LOL

It is a good idea to keep checking. If your order moves to "Scheduled for Production" and you don't see your options, I'd start making trouble for your dealer. If it's possible, have them sign into their MINI system and let you read the details over someone's shoulder. It might only be a problem with the Lounge.

Cooper44, you were told right...it often takes a while for the OL site to correctly list your options. In the beginning, my color and wheel choice were wrong, but got straightened out after a couple of weeks. Just before I got a VIN assigned, if I recall correctly. Several other posters on this site have noted the same.

Just another reason why it's a good idea to take the OL info with a (big) grain of salt. Too bad, as I well know that it's about all you have to have to hold on to while you go through the wait.

Thank you all for your replies. I'm a little less worried now, but I'm still going to stay on it! Beers for everyone!

From what I've heard, MINI hasn't updated the owner's lounge software yet to display the options for 2003 models. The first car I ordered was built, shipped, and delivered, and the options NEVER appeared on the owner's lounge. Best bet is to call 1-866-ASK-MINI and give them your production number. They can verify your order.

i had the same thing happen and i emailed mini on the issue. they responded promptly, listing all of my options accurately. just give them the production number and they will give you the details.

I just wanted to make a comment.........I once was on a group like this for immigration issues, and they werent like you guys at all. They were negative, and seemed to take great pleasure into sending everyone into a blind panic, so thanks to all on here for helping me and others when we need it.....so Cooper, I trust you will enjoy this group, and find answers to your questions.....seems like a cool bunch of people.

and L Mini.....pleased you are Scottish !!!!!
