Running Lean

Like the title says iam running lean. I threw a P0171 code. I have a JCW with 17% pulley with the stock 380 injectors. My ses light will come on then go off after about 30 miles. Its done this about 4 times now since i installed the pulley in August 2010. I live in Utah if this makes a difference and i run 91 Sinclair gas every tank. And my temp is the same from when i had the stock pulley on. If anyone could help me out i would appreciate it a lot.

I would sooner blame the sensor than the pulley itself. With JCW injectors your actually going to be rich a lot of the time.
