There are a countless number of threads on this drivetrain forum asking this very question. Please use the search so we don't have a repetitive amount of threads on the same subject. Short answer best $ for power is always going to be a tune on a turbo car. Leaders right now are Jan @ RMW and Alta, as they both have the Cobb Acessport.
The magnaflow gives you good sound, but little in performance if not matched up with the proper ecu settings (tune). Good luck.

definately search.
there will be many who will say "well what do you want to use the car for?"
Lots will tell you to do suspension first, then brakes, ect, ect
If you just want some more giggle from the go-pedal... look at the AccessPort. There are also a whole ton of mods you can add to get the full effect of the AP.
Intakes / Exhausts are just for sound... and power felt or dynoed is minimal and usually in the higher RPMs

I'll admit when I saw the title, I was concerned. I thought to myself "Self, this poor soul is in dire need of assistance! Quick, you must see how you can help. There isn't a moment to lose!" So I went into my closet and looked for the right tools for the job. It turned out it was a toss up between a Superman shirt and a Batman shirt.
Man, what a decision! On the one hand, you have the man of steel. There's no way he wouldn't be able to help! So what if he's a bit of a goody two shoes? If I wore the Superman shirt, I could fly to the solution to OPs urgent dilemma as easily as Superman could from one end of Metropolis to the other. On the other hand, there was the Batman shirt. I mean, he's the dark knight! He's got super kung fu ninja skills. He doesn't take crap from anyone! He's super smart! He doesn't like chocolate ice cream. I was almost certain wearing that shirt would make me such a macho smart guy, there wouldn't be any problem I couldn't solve.
In the end though I chose Superman over Gotham's finest. I swiftly yet calmly rushed into this thread. What was the matter? How could I help? I had to save the children somehow, even if the problem had nothing to do with children at all. Superman would demand it. Sadly, as it turns out the citizen in distress was only missing the search function. Somehow I felt cheated. It was like rushing into a public bathroom to give someone some much needed toilet paper only to find that there was a spare roll just behind him. I just knew I should have worn the Batman shirt...

I have to admit though...for all of you that always say "UGH! Use the ***** ****n' search!" ... I've been on this site for years and I still have yet to get one good result from the search.
For example, when I was interested in putting my ALTA SSK in my car, I searched so many different ways, with so many different word variations, and always ended up getting EVERY thread that someone used the word "ALTA" in ONCE. Even if it was just in someone's signature, it would be at the top of the list of the results.
I wish NAM would figure out how every other site gets their search to WORK.

epic post Maverick!
I agree that the search function on NAM isn't optimal all the time. I normally use google and search something like:
"performance mods site:northamericanmotoring.com"
But I think chakraj said it best: intercooler, tune, downpipe.
