Drivetrain JCW exhaust - a low backpressure system?

According to JCW's website, the JCW exhaust system is "a parallel-flow low backpressure system." I know many people feels that JCW exhaust is restrictive and not "free-flowing."
Is JCW exhaust really restrictive? :smile:
