OEM clutch setup

I think I'm in need of a new clutch. Felt it slip one day and had a heavy burnt clutch smell and now my pedal feels a little softer. Im planning on using either the Exdey OEM clutch kit that comes with a 1 piece flywheel or the Valeo OEM kit that comes with 1 piece flywheel. My car is an everyday driver with a few mods. The mods are the usual: CAI, 15%pulley, exhaust. Any recommendations? Are these kits any good?

Well the Exedy clutch is a good piece, but it is really stiff. If you get stuck in stop and go traffic you won't be happy. My tech Matt has an exedy clutch, and I don't even like driving it on the street, great for track use otherwise.

I sent a pm but. Is his an oem type or a "stage" type?. Im really leaning toward the Exedy one. Not much stop and go round these parts. Plus I really like the feel of a stiffer clutch
