You're probably not going to notice much of a difference by simply bolting on the JCW turbo. Maybe a little, but I have a feeling you're not seeing the complete picture. You need to re-calibrate the ECU via Mynes, RMW, or Alta Access Port, and then you'll need the MAP sensor specifically for the JCW R56 S. I have a feeling you'll also need the JCW MAF sensor for everything to work properly. I would contact Jeff Perrin at Alta since he's doing lots of work with the Access Port and alternate turbos currently.
EU cars don't have a MAF.
You will pick up about 20hp/20trq simply bolting it on. You will need to get the car remapped for the new turbo to see the most gains. You will not be able to run more than 22psi as the MAP sensor will not allow it. Taking the MAP sensor from a JCW will give CEL's without the proper mapping in the ECU for it....something that Alta is currently working on.
In the mean time get it tuned for around 20psi and you won't have any problems

Once the 22psi/map sensor issue is fixed, it will do around 250 whp/290 wtrq.

I dyno't the car several times before the turbo swapNow it is 225hp with 330NmMods: JCW plugs, ITG panelfilter, Milltek catback and downpipe, FMIC, resenator delete and a custom mapping0-60mph 6.4seconds But i think the mapping sucks, i have a huge torque incraese and litte hp profitDyno run without mapping is 192hp and 270NmThe car is running 98RON V-power
