JCW Intake Wiring Help

I recently purchased a used JCW Intake from a nam member and they only sent me the top half with no cowl or wiring! I can't get a hold of him so I'm trying to work around this. I think I can modify my cowl to have the larger opening.

As for the wiring, I did some research on it and it seems that it has an IC of some kind that converts the RPM reading to some voltage which triggers the intake valve to open at 4500 RPM.

The wire is the gray part in the pic.

I would like to install a custom one (either from scratch or by modifying a donor wire) that opens the valve at 3500 RPM or better yet, with a dial to set the triggering RPM.

Does anyone know the makeup of the wiring kit and how it works? Anyone have a JCW Intake wiring laying around that isn't being used? I know some people like to keep the intake valve always open and have no need for the wiring.

Thanks in advance.
