03 JCW upgrades

I am now the proud owner of a '03 JCW Cooper S, thanks to my father in law & his move to a 135, anyway, I have been reading a lot of forums as I am looking to do a few tweaks.
The car currently has the original 03 JCW kit, I was wondering how much is the difference to the 05 JCW kit ? I have read that the airbox is different, possibly the injectors & the tune.
Can anyone confirm the differences between 03 & 05 kits, especially the injectors & the size.

Cheers

In 2003 the JCW kit was a dealer installed option. There are many MCSs out there that had only partial kits installed. The bar, intake and exhaust but not the injectors or tune or head. It is hard to tell what exactly was installed without the invoices from the dealer. Do you have a list of what was installed? I ran into a guy that thought he had a JCW but all he had was the exhaust. And a badge. Hopefully you have the full kit.

05-06 JCW has JCW CAI and 380 injectors plus tune. Technically, 05-06 JCW also has some model year (factory) differences like a better gear ratio, lighter crank pulley and LSD from the factory.

Thanks for the replies, I will be checking on the invoice 1st up, making sure all was done. Then it will be into the shopping list, JCW Airbox, 380 injectors, RMW Cam & Tune.

This is a great chance for you to upgrade to a DDM intake, and injectors. Then our WMW 2% damper crank pulley is a great way to spin the supercharger a little faster to get a little more boost.
