Drivetrain 19% pulley? low end torque

19% pulley? low end torque
03 MCS BRG mods listed in signature.
I'm lookin more low end gains. I've read on the 19% pulley can give me moreboost at lower rpms. I have 110k on the car. Im wondering if the 19% pulley will injure my baby. also I have looked at obx headers. looking for any advice on how to gain more low end power. I feel my car is sluggish till about 2.5k rpms when the SC kicks in.
things I'm trying to stay away from at the moment:
tune because can't do injectors yet
flywheel l, crank pulley.
any suggestions from experience would be greatly appreciated.
