Drivetrain Pulley replacement question
If you cut enough into the pulley, it will come off eventually. Take a grinder, like the ones pictured above, remove the shield so you have more room to work with, get ear and eye protection. Use a cutting wheel instead of a grinding wheel--you can get them at any Lowes. Now start cutting the pulley as best you can in pieces like a pizza pie. If you have compressed air, periodically cool down the bearing in the nose of the SC. You will not be able to cut clean through the pulley because the case of the SC gets in the way. It's okay if you slightly nick the case right at the pulley but don't cut too deeply. You will know when your cutting tool is at the shaft, because there will be many more sparks. At that point rotate the pulley and repeat. Remember, keep everything cool. Once you have cut as much as possible, see if you can get a 2 or 3 jaw puller around the back side of the pulley. Since you have cut the pulley, its grip on the shaft will be much weakened, and you'll be able to slide it off.

The Mini Mania tool only grabs the front and the grooves...not the back, and only 1/3 - 1/2 of the way around. From your video, it looks like just the back is bent and you could still use the MM tool to get the pulley off (if you can't cut if off).
Here's where I rented mine from:

If you call him now he could probably overnight one to you.
