Transmission with LSD Fluid?

Hi Folks,

It is the time to change the transmission oil and I have 06' transmission with OEM LSD. So which oil do you recommend me?

Thanks from now.

I use Redline MTL, but I don't have an LSD, so never mind....

Use OEM. About the same price and a very good product.

Otherwise Redline MTL is used a lot.

I have a 2006 MSC w/OEM limited slip diff and changed my transmission fluid about a year ago (45k miles) with Redline MTL. It's worked fine so far. Lots of city driving and about 6 track days. It even seemed to work better than OEM during the winter.

OEM LSD isn't clutch driven so any good transmission fluid will work. I have used redline and royal purple (outside of OEM stuff). I had issues with royal purple in my S2000 so I have stuck to Redline. Their shock-proof gear oil is great for higher abuse but the MTL is perfectly fine for daily and light track use. I have it in my trans right now.

Actually we have here in Turkey just Motul, Castrol and Mobil 1.

I am looking to which one to take 70W-80, 75W-90 or 75W-140. Most of the people recommend to me 70W-80 (MTL). But here in Turkey, told me that 75W-90 is full synthetic, it will be better than the 70W-80!

I said let share it with you folks.
