PS I haven't noticed any clutch chatter, and went with Redline Light weight shockproof oil for the Transmission

[quote=CrazyIvan;3096902]Final Update... It's back on the road.
Act Clutch and Flywheel are a great upgrade. Grabs About an inch off the floor and is buttery smooth. It feels just like the clutch in the S2000.

One year ago I had an Act clutch, pressure plate, flywheel and Quaife LSD installed. Have not been able to drive Fizzgig since. Clutch action is anything but buttery smooth. After a few minutes of driving, the clutch will not disengage fully. Garage claims they can't find anything wrong and won't look at it without charging big bucks. I'm disabled and spent all available funds on mods and installation. Not healthy enough to do my own work anymore and don't trust any local garage at this point. Any Ideas?

I'm at the point that I'm willing to flatbed it a reasonable distance to get it fixed. I need help.

did the shop bleed the clutch hydraulics? Sounds like it could be the culprit.

Bled the clutch, and bled the clutch some more. Bled the brakes hoping for a repair by association, new clutch master/slave and oh ya, bled the clutch again.................

My guess is they didn't have the slave cylinder fully compressed when they bled the clutch. I've head shops that couldn't get slaves bled out right after they've tried 3 or 4 times. I used a pressure bleeder on mine and a home made tool made of two long blots and wing nuts and a deck slat drilled and with a hole for the slave pin to center it's self. I have read of people using caulking guns to compress the slave but all of mine were to small for it to fit in.

sorry for the grammar had a few beers to celebrate

I was thinking something with the slave cylinder also. The symptoms you are describing firenewt sound exactly like a faulty or non-bled slave cylinder line/system
