brake pedal feels spongy

Just bled the brake system with a pressure bleeder. When I depressed on the pedal I hear "pshh pssh psssh" sounds and spongy feelings. Is that mean there are still air inside the system ?

I used 1 Liter of Motul and still not enough?
I'm gonna bleed it with the ATE super blue this time so I can tell if it's completed bleed.

Good idea with the blue. It should take less than 1 liter to bleed the system. Re-check your methodology and try again: you'll get it
