I'll mirror the comments on RISS and the company CEO Adam taking a seldom-seen position in today's business world and economy. He took care of his clients and is on the way to a full recovery despite many obstacles. It seems he's a stand-up guy. My review of the calendar says he's done this in about two months, this started Thanksgiving last year. He's got my vote, and my repeat business.

YES....still waiting on my promised refund. But, Adam said it might be some time in February until he would have the funds available to do so. Hope he's able to get it together....
Catch can is in my hands short two (very important) mounting screws.
Adam assured me he would get them out ASAP. At the end of the day it seems like a good product that took way too long to arrive. I hope that once he gets his $$$ right the attention to detail will improve. If your waiting for a refund I would bet this years income he will pay up.

we will have everybody paid up in Feb. We are trying to rebuild with sales and continue on a positive motion. We have not had many orders in the last few weeks which have slowed us down a bit. As we recover from this, we will take care of our clients one by one. Catted/catless downpipes are in stock and can ship. Ceramic coating will be completed on Friday for many of our sets. We have quite a few products that can be made to order from now so we should not have a problem with fulfilling your order. If we cannot get your product out immedietly, we will not charge the order.

It's almost the middle of februrary and still nothing from riss regarding my refunds. adam posted awhile back that there were only 6-8 people that did not recieve refunds. i would think that given the elapsed time that riss would have had enough sales to compisate those that have been waiting for refunds.

I have the RR down pipe and exhaust and the sound was loud but sounded good, except for a little drone. It was tolerable. I then installed the Helix intercooler last week and now the exhaust is horrendous!! I'm going to take it off when i can acquire a lift. It'll be a full race exhaust option. This thing is so loud at WOT that its embarrassing.
Sorry for the negative publicity Riss, but this thing sounds like a VW V8 dune buggy. Crazy thing is, i'm still running a stock intake. So its only going to get louder! Its time to go back to the stock exhaust for now.

Don't know what good it's going to do but I just emailed you AGAIN concerning the $269.00 you owe me.
You said you would provide a FREE O2 sim fix for purchasers of the coated/catted downpipe and RR exhaust. When is THAT going to be shipped? Is it going to be the same time I receive the money you owe me???
If I sound frustrated and PO'ed it's because I AM!
Can hardly wait to hear what your next excuse is going to be.......
