i installed mine maybe a year ago - it seems that i have that irritating lag again when letting out the clutch in first gear. it went away (or i psychologically convinced myself it did) after install. is it possible i've just mentally readjusted my "normal" feel of the car or does the engine damper need to be tightened every so often? (car has oem engine mounts - ya i know, i need to get those replaced - in time people .... in time!)

 

Do you still have you TSW and did it need adjustment?
I just bought one and about to install in a few days.

 

yep, it's still on the car. i checked it a while back just to make sure all installation points were still snug and tight. didn't actually take it off and try any adjustment - as you can see, i didn't get any feedback to my question when i posted it.
