This was all from in person conversations with the marketing rep of each. If the above don't make it, I can't see who else would.

Some of those companies had produced said items for the Fireball Street Tuner car way back in 08 or was it 07 ?

We've had custom R56 axles turn up this week from a major manufacture.

It will be interesting to see how it holds up, if these numbers are true. I mean look at what the factory seemed to think what the JCW needed for it's small hp gain, reinforced block and pistons, among others.

Are you talking about their R56 hack job? or their R53 stuff? Cuz pretty much all of the above companies make internals for the R53.

If its the R56 you're talking about, well....then that really reveals who made this post.....

The Mini is not the only platform that uses this motor. There is another entire world out there and many things are possible.

That would be the OP's responsibility if he decides to . If he decides not to that is also his prerogative . Its apparent that some things have broken loose recently with regards to the R-56 which is nice to see.

I'm really excited to hear that. I would love to know how things have "broken loose". Its just annoying for someone to come on here and stir up the pot like that. OP'er could at least share a little with everyone. Otherwise it looks like he's just trying to do nothing more than "stir the pot".

Looks like y'all got caught feeding the troll, he hasn't even logged in again since the post.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Troll_%28Internet%29
In Internet slang, a troll is someone who posts inflammatory, extraneous, or off-topic messages in an online community, such as an online discussion forum, chat room or blog, with the primary intent of provoking other users into an emotional response[1] or of otherwise disrupting normal on-topic discussion.[2]

RESPECT
When posting, both members and vendors must ALWAYS be respectful of fellow members and vendors. Personal attacks, trolling/baiting, deliberate antagonizing, and flaming will not be tolerated. If you feel you are being attacked, report the post or private message rather than replying or flaming back. However, do not use the report bad post feature to "cry wolf" when you are in fact the instigator of the demise of a discussion. Doing so will result in an infraction or strike.
