New Head Install

Can I install a ported & polished head with stock injectors and cam? I want to do this so I can sell stock head and buy my injectors and cam.

You can but you will not have the best gain, till you buy the injectors and cam.

Keep in mind everyone that selling a BVH usually takes your old head back as a core, so you won't be able to sell it, unless you pay the core charge. Most of the WMW heads we sell, we actually install so we just keep the old head and the customer never has to worry about it.

I bought the head outright. Do you know what a stock head goes for? I was planning on getting the stock head ported, polished and install the larger valves and springs from mini mania.. Is it worth the trouble to sell it with all upgrades or do you think its better to sell stock?

It is worth more as a stock head. But there are so many heads floating around they don't bring alot.

Well just got one-ball exhaust done. Thats the best 60 bucks spent.. It sounds great!! Much better then stock. It's not loud and does not sound like a ricer.

$4,526 for a new head. That's to answer someone's question, I know because I was just informed I have to buy one.

^ that has to be with labor or something because not even an aftermarket BVH is 4k. You can find a stock head in the market place for under a grand.

One ball is nice. Grats.

Why did you sell the Webb head?

Header and exhaust is always fun! It sure is coming together, modding is addictive.
