Are you having driveability issues? Why would you need to be rechecked/retuned if you just got tuned not that long ago?

btw, it'll be harder to catch me now that i have a header and am getting a tune.....i'll hardly be able to see you in the rear view mirror!

ah ha, you caught me! honestly, i want the first one that comes my way. the carlisle gig is about 2 hr.s west, and the long island one 2 1/2 hours away to the northeast. i have mynes and rmw parts. i guess the short answer is i'm not very patient . i guess i could go from one tune to another...wouldn't those be interesting dyno graphs

I would be interested depending on price. Car is meant to have a tune already from the factory package.

Price is $350 for the tune plus $100 for dyno time. Let me know if your interested, a custom tune is a lot better than any canned tune.

i should clarify...

you see i'm listed here as a maybe. drsilvermini knows my situation. i would prefer the dynojet facility in long island to a dynapac and signed up there before this tune got started up. if long island's really happening 6/14, then i'll be there.....btw, i don't see you on the list! but if they can't get 10 mini's then i'll be at carlisle. i will not be at both. hope everyone knows where i'm coming from now

Are all these retunes because you guys have added mods since the last one or are you having issues with the current tune?

some have added parts and some of these cars had big injectors that I didn't have the scaling maps for at the time. I will have the emulator there to tune cars in real time. There is no one out there that is capable of doing this.

but thanks for your concern on the matter

We will be upgrading everyones software with the emulator as we go around the country. Just a part of customer service for those that added parts or put in big injectors

Thanks for clearing that up...I just thought it was kind of odd that these three cars needed to be retuned.

What is "the emulator" and what does it do?
Does the car have to be on a dyno or can it just be "flashed" with the emulator?
If you have to do it to every car you have tuned, that's a lot of work.

we can tune it on the dyno OR
we can tune it live running down the road
nothing better than having "real road conditions"

as people continue to upgrade RMW parts on the car we take care of them

+1, tentative for me on June 10th. Thanks.

There was some dip/rough from 3.8k - 4.5k from last tune.

On the list Wow so we have 4 retunes so far and 5 tunes. So we need at least one more person and we can probably fit a couple more in.

We have 10 people! I will give Jan a call on Monday to see how long he thinks the retunes and tunes will take and then come up with a schedule. If anyone needs more info let me know by pm or ask on here.

Also depending on how long the retunes will take we might be able to schedule more people in for tunes!
Thanks everyone.
