Brisk spark plugs

Hi All
A few days ago I received a set of Brisk DR12S from a vendor. One of the Plugs had what appeared to be a crack on the ground electrode. I called the vendor who told me it might have been damaged in shipping to talk to the shipper. I asked if I could send the plug back for a new one and was told they would call me back. The next day I called Brisk and the vendor (who never called back). Brisk called back quickly and offered a new plug and asked if I could send the other plug or a photo so they could inspect the plug. I e-mailed a Photo and they thought it was where the plating stopped but offered to send another plug that day.
Sorry for the long post but I thought everyone should know that Brisk stands behind their product and were very helpful.

I have not installed my Brisk yet but I recall that someone also posted here an instance where the ceramic insulator broke. Is this a general quality issue of this brand/company?

We have shipped countless BRISK Plugs without any known issues.

The ceramic insulator was fine on my plugs. What I thought was a crack was just the anti-seize plating. I have installed the plugs and am very happy.
The thing is the vendor was not very helpful. It was Brisk that was ready to help and took care of me.

I just got a set of Brisk 14LGS plugs. Do I need to check the gap before I install them? The design seems to imply that the gap is fixed.

Just found the other thread and indeed the gap is set on the 4 prong plugs.

Has anyone had a problem with the Brisk plugs popping out of the head? I have a set of Denso plugs, but I'm afraid to install them because of all I've read about them blowing out of the head and taking the threads with them.

Just make sure they are torqued to 25 ft/lbs and you'll be fine.
Use a small amount of anti-seize on the threads and install when the engine is cold.
Works for me!
