I looked into it, however you cant do it because there is no space. I placed a 2.25" piece of tubing there and the hood would not close.

What size tubing you use? Is there enough space where the stock one is at, as far as hidden space that you cant see unless you remove it? Thats teh worst pipe on the whole system!

AH i see what you did. YOu made the one piece by the sensor. The oem one is one full piece but I dont think its possible to make one as long as the oem piece.

Good job by the way!

I can really see that happening! Also im sure the boost would go up too if it was not for the ecu over controlling it.

I've always asked myself why nobody offered tubing for this part, I did not want to try to make one because of that sensor there.

its a verry tight fit you have to oval shape the 2.25 inch tubing took me 3 hours to make it but its worth it realy change the car drivability and i dont think alta boost pipes make any differance if you dont do that piece because there is a lot off restriction in that pipe, specialy im doing bigger turbo so i needed to change that pipe, the car is going tomorow for tuning,i cant wait

a few questions, is the red pipe just a bent pipe or does it have a place for the sensor to plug in?

Also what are you connecting the bottom of the red pipe to? did you just cut the existing pipe before the bend? or are you using something else?

I've been looking at your design and this piece. Did you try or consider cutting a 8 to 12" piece out the the OEM plastic tube and then connecting the two in the middle with a rubber hose and two hose clamps cinched tight?? That way you could leave the sensor in tact and the rubber hose should be able to make the bend and the inside diameter should be about the same.

Also, did you make the intake scoop/diverter yourself?

For someone who signed up this month you are making alot of posts about this that and the next thing and all this logging your doing, does it involve a chainsaw because if so then i have 400bhp from the standard K03 turbo and i 'logged' everything to prove it. I am cool, nuff said, end of.

Well atleast its entertaining. Im amazed people are trying to get in on a buy for something they havent seen, nor have they seen any data, and no clue as to where this guy comes from

Im amazed at the recent influx of posts from people claiming to know all but only just joined... Keep them coming.
