Downpipe recommendations

Any recommendations for a dp with cat that has the stock connection to the catback system? Is there one? Or are most cat-less and is this where the actual power gains come from?

so far there is

Alta 3in Catted Dp. that will require a little modding to get it to fit with you stock/stratmosphere exhaust i believe

there is the ragazzon 2.5 DP, that one is a DeCat, but links to your stock exhuast

lastly, you could have Exhaust depot custom one for you with an open flange, also a little modding to be done

hooray for so many options =[.....

cat-less usually nets more gains because of less restriction, however you may experience, noise, smell, etc.

Downpipe

Way motorworks also has one now. I don't think it's on his site yet but I've seen it. Very nice.

Can you guys tell us how much you paid and where you ordered from?

Also, if you get any CEL's, how did you deal with it?

Do the CELs affect the driving? Do Check Engine Lights cause Limp Home Mode to activate? If not, I don't think I'd be bothered by a light on my dash.

Is ALTA's new ECU solution going to "ignore" the downpipe CELs? Hopefully.
