I just recently bought a 15% reduction pulley and I need to get it installed for cheap. I live in orange county, does anyone know any good places?
Thanks

I don't think that Church has done a lot of MINI work, just lot's of MINI dynos. I always go to MINICORSA in North Hollywood. It is 100 miles one way, but worth it to me. He could have your pulley done and you on the road within an hour. Great prices too.

Johnnies Auto clinic AKA West Coast Mini in San Pedro should be quite a bit closer to you and is very knowledgeable with all things Mini.

I live in OC and just had Danny install a 15% reduction pulley and a new belt.

His prices are reasonable and he is speedy.

The Minicorsa site indicates the following..."R&I S/C PULLEY $195." I wouldn't depend on the website though. Just give Danny a call and he'll give you an accurate quote for what you want done, and let you know when he can work on your car given your schedule. Danny's a great guy to deal with.

Are there any places closer to OC? What is the usual charge for the pulley swap?

i've looked everywhere around OC, but couldn't find anybody that would install the pulley. i finally got it done at MiniCorsa Yesterday. He quote me 200 + a free belt, and he was a quick installer. i was out of there in 47 mins! (i timed it ) and that was while he was walkin' to his desk to answer the phone, go bak to my car, go and talk to customers, etc. A true multi-tasker. haha I recommend him. hands down
