Which Hose Clamps Do I Need

I am replacing the tube that goes from the Turbo to the Intercooler. The M7 tube did not come with new hose clamps. I want to save my stock piece so I cannot re-use my hose clamps.

1. Are all hose clamps created equal and if so do local Auto parts stores carry any that are better than the OEM ones. I want the best I can get and don't want to have to wait for the dealer to order up the OEM Clamps.

2. Does anyone know what size the two OEM ones are and are they Stainless.

I want a tight fit because this connection is pressurized

Just go to auto parts store or a local mechanic shop and pick up size 42 hose clamps. I can't remember how big that pipe is, I think its in that general area, but if you show it to them, they will help you no problem...a hose clamp is the probably the best thing to be confused about!

I have the ALTA IC PIPE. It connects the same as that, and the oem ones are made differently, they wouldn't be as good as the ones you will get.
