ummmmmm..... i've had launch control and no-lift throttle programmed on my stock ECU with no external boxes or electronics since the beginning of 2008..... a good tuner with the right software can program it for you, unfortunately, i don't know of any good tuners on this forum

Thanks for your post. A very clear and informative one which benefits anyone that reads it and does not demean any others. You obviously want to bring something to the table and share with everyone.

Ah, nevermind. I just wanted to use the same smiley as you.

ORLY Looks like someone has another ax to grind With all that cryo cooling I would think you would be putting down more than 249 whp, but hey, my tuner got me 267 with an OEM GP intercooler

wow cool, i wonder what mine would do WITH an aftermarket head and cam then! also, i'm doing the tinkering on my own car, not my wife's.............. forgot to mention - my dyno sheets were made from a MUSTANG dyno, not a Dynapack which is the equivalent of picking the wheels off the ground and seeing how much power it makes without contact, definitely NOT giving you real world HP numbers, but hey, if a number is what your after, then that's a BIG number, guy!

no no, i meant a REAL TUNER, not a businessman impersonating one - someone who has done this as a career, not a hobby.... just as one of the presidential candidates has a messiah-like presence about him, so is your beloved tuner looked upon in the world OUTSIDE of NAM......... but what do i know, i've just been doing this professionally for 7 years now and know marketing BS when i see it!

this forum will never change! love it.....

.....

So what do you think Dynapack losses equate to Mike? I reckon 7.5% maybe 8.5% for gearbox and wheelbearings

At least the new Dynapacks label it as Axle horsepower now.

listen up, i'm going to tell you this ONE LAST TIME..... the first time you approached me online in SC, you were 14 years old and your daddy bought the MINI.... you didn't even know what a steering wheel was, let alone how to turn it, asking me literally hundreds of questions about how i modified my car.... fast forward to the present, and the last time you came on a thread talking all big and bad, i sent you a PM reminding you who i was and it shut your *** up real fast - you even tried to worm your way out of it by telling me you weren't meaning anything negative by it, that you have a lot of the same mods.... and now? what now, little boy?

don't tell me how much you like the new spoiler and the Clemson stickers on one thread and try and bash me on another - you sound like you seriously have dementia at age, what are you now, 18??? man, all grown up - you sure SOUND all grown up with the things you say online, don'tcha?

I would definitely go for something like that. Specially if it came with another cool gauge.

I am here for you BIG guy. Anything to keep the thread moving along It does look like an amazing piece of hardware. Its good to see products from other cars being adapted to the Mini, I wonder if anything has gone the other way ?
