Mike you are the most arrogant man to ever come on this forum. All you can ever say is "Oh your a teenager". Nice one .

Guess being 17 means I cant make big horsepower and run my car at the track. If only I had 249 hp at the push of a button like you do...

Doesn't really matter what dyno they were tuned on. They can tune on theirs and then just bring them down and run them to measure the results. If they are significantly better than a similar car then there you go .

child, i don't have water / methanol injection, please learn to read! N20 is for the intercooler sprayer, so no, i don't have power at the push of a button, i'm relieving heat soak..... do you know what all this means, or do you need to ask someone on here a thousand questions like you badgered me 4 years ago? where's this magical dyno sheet and mods list of your mystical beast daddy bought and you get to ride shotgun to the grocery store?

Either this thread comes back around to being on topic or closed. Ya'll decide.

As to you running to me for help FastLaneTuning, you were warned not to be a jerk. Takes two to tango bucko. Either take it like a man or the don't let the door.....

Want to cry to management...well that's me. None of the other mods want any thing to do with this crap and I don't blame there.

Last warning for this thread.

You need to come back to Utah Jan..... I'm not sure I can wait much longer to get my car retuned Oh wait, I still need an exhaust first too!

So... does anyone in the community have one of these WOT installed?

Your Idea about the other cars is a good one, but they be should tuned by Snyper and then taken to the dyno where Jan is and run there. You will have an apples to apples comparison that way. Like I said before, if your results are true, then that is an awesome tune. Search "Florida dyno" on VW Vortex and you'll see that on there, Florida is known for higher than normal dyno numbers
You should google "Churches dynapack" the same debates regarding high horsepower are everywhere.

I did find eventually find someone who had been to Churches and the dragstrip, unfortunatley 1/8 mile, but I altered the formula to reverse engineer one of our cars over here to see what it would read on Churches.

So it comes out at 247 hub horsepower which is only 11 behind batruggers and 12 behind big howe which is really kewl as JawF430 only has RMW head, 1320cam, RMW/1320 toon, Janspeed header, JCW airbox and standard catback.

Yeah unfortunately 1/4 mile dragstrips are rare in SoCal and where they are, people usually camp out overnight to be able to get in the next day

FastLaneTuning needs to be quiet! i follow a lot here on NAM but i stay quiet mostly, and learn from those on here that i KNOW are more well educated and informed on certain subjects than me. Like those that have dedicated time and money into making those things a business and a lively hood. jan has done just that. and it is true that Jan was once just like Mike Garcia, a rebel here. but seeing Jan's cars while lurking around NAM for the last 5+ years on the links that he posted about his cars, and again doing the same with Mr. Garcia's car in the exact same fashion (a link in the sig). The time and execution on Jan's car is more my style than Mr. Garcia's, and i gotta say Mike i just don't think i trust you or your claims more than i did Jan's. similarities end there. So prove me wrong FastLane. prove you are just like Jan, no, better in fact, and come out with something to one up Jan's product line. products of your OWN. Just like he DID! then, only then, do i think you should continue slinging poo. you say you had a "TOONR" business once right? You seem to think you know how it can get done better than RMW. So let's see it. competition is great for our cars. i'll admit that i don't own any of RMW's products. but i plan on it in the future, because my tuner is Eric @ Helix and he sells and vouches for RMW and i trust and believe my tuner!
i don't see anybody else singing your praises here.

Sorry...long rant...horrible grammar.

I though Cali was land of the 1/4 and The South was where the 1/8th tracks were.

Just shows what I know, so all you have to do is tell me your weight and I can tell what you going to run and save you queing up

1. Does anyone have salt? I have plenty of popcorn and butter, but no salt.
2. How do you guys feel about Cal Prop. 2?
3. I am still waiting for my refund from Jan/RMW. I wanted better gas mileage and instead got faster lap times. Total rip off. He is a hack.

Your formula accounts for reaction time?

Doesn't really answer my question, but then I don't really care. And if I was gonna bet on reaction time, I would bet on my wife every time any how. I saw her time slips: .250 or something stupid like that.

Oh sorry, the answer is No it doesn't account for reaction time as that's down to the person driving the car and not the car.Your wife could beat a lot of the Mini guys over here for sure but I feel that will change next year.

This year we've had in total about 30 minis at the track, but we're lucky as we have 3 Mini drag racing weekend events to attend.

A lot of the guys are hooked and even turning up at RWYB to try and hone there drivers skill.

As it goes I think Batruggers dohicky thing would work quite well with a lot of them and it does help you focus on the tree then rather tahn the launch as it takes the human element out of the equation.

Yup across the pond and its 5.37am as I write this.

Sounds like fun, even if it's not my thing. Of course having seen the wife's high 13's timeslip in her '99 Camaro SS, dragging a Mini is like bumper cars vs. actual track day. But bumper cars are still fun.
