If they were threads started by the un-mentioned former member and/or threads in which he was heavily involved, I would guess that Mark just removed the whole thing to "tidy up" around here. No harm, no foul...I've had mine deleted from time to time when they ended up being related to inappropriate items/posters...fuggetaboutit!
