Hi, going through hell this week and think I ruined my supercharger :( trying to install a pulley had to cut my old one because it was frozen on tightly, and then now the sc is hard to spin, but when I pull the shaft out it is easy to spin. need help on if I ruined it or not.

 

In my opinion, its toast. Try to find a used one on Ebay or here in the classifieds on NAM.

slapped everything together with the new pulley, car's supercharger whines much louder everything is okay i assume

 

I think you may have worded it "have it pulled" if you followed the removel thread.
