We do a lot of work for Acura, BMW and the Lexus dealers in town. I thought by pulling the right strings, I may be able to get a higher up to release a JCW kit for an automatic if the car was for "off-road use" only...

Unfortunately, the rep for mini/bmw wouldn't budge... I didn't really think it was going to happen but I figured if you don't try, you can't fail.

Guess I'm going to have to go another route.
