I just wanted to give Chad at Detroit Tuned a little shout for his steadfast help.

He did some install work and we ended up with a problem and a lot of distance between us. Ultimately worked out the issue over the phone, and he stuck with me, and the car is working exactly like I wanted.

Also his level headed advice in upgrade choices has been great.

Not often do people get praise when doing things right.

 

Ill sit with you on this deal... Chad is something else. He did some work for me at the Dragon and I am actually on the verge of buying more stuff from him.

Just calling for some help, he knows his stuff thats for sure...

i recently have had the pleasantry's to deal with Chad. Best customer service I have received for my MINI to date...and I order through phone a lot! Treats a customer the way he treats his business, with much care! Thanks Chad!

 

I see alot of people moving out of Michigan to expand there business or try to save it in my line of work, so I am glad to see Chad and Detroit Tuned expanding cause he is the only one I will let work on my car.
