I was more referring to your blatant disregard for a moderator saying DROP IT!!!!

I was pointing to his "Line" he drew that stated all other posts be on topic and unrelated to the previous banter.

It still stinks.

Sorry but the line in the sand should have happened much earlier. Funny how the line happened after the thread snatchers had their way with it...

So do throttle bodies...

And now, back to regularly scheduled programming.

Sorry for dragging it on, should have read this thread more thoroughly.

Those are great numbers Fracky! Congrats! How long did your tune take?

I'm going to swap my coil & wires, find a dyno here in Fresno sometime on Saturday to do a couple runs & then I'll post the figures. I'm excited to see what I'm really running. Clint, my time on the dyno was approximately 2 hours give or take.

I know this has no scientific value & proves squat, but I still think it's pretty cool. The AGS & Comptech/Magnaflow/Borla setup sounds even better in person, IMHO.

Fracky please don't shot me. I apologize for stating a ***** storm on your thread.

How low does that dyno read?? It must read really really low.

I had similar mods (even a DFIC) as yours without a tune and pulled 193whp and 175tq.

I would have thought for sure that you would be at or a little over 200 with a tune with a lot more TQ.

You said you were about 10hp over the others cars thanks to the cam. How was your TQ compared to the other cars?

One thing we noted, this venue is a high performance GM center. They had many modified ZO6 vetts there and other high, very high, performance Gm cars also. They were saying that they seemed to be getting low dyno readings also. There were twin charged ZO6's only pulling into the high 400 WHP. With the mods these guy's had, they were expecting more . So yes I belive this is a conservative dyno.

I believe that was danny the " iceman " run you are referring too where according the the guys running the dyno at the time he packed bags of ice around the motor to get it to break the 220 barrier he was stuck on at the time . The LAPD shop has new management and the dyno has been recalibrated and YOU know how much of a change that can make in either direction. I have run before and after on that dyno and it has gotten much stingier than before .

So what are your before and after results. I would love to see what your car is pulling these days.

I range between a low of 195 and a high of 215 depending on configuration and dyno facility . I have never dynoed it with the Meth system engaged nor the NOS .I started off with one of the slow 2002's , 145 hp to the wheels stock, so it has been a long hard grind. I have 66k on it now so it is never going to be a big number motor by any stretch. As for your original question I was 12 hp lower at LAPD after the change over .
