O2 sensor broke.

Hi NAM,
My O2 sensor cable cut by the heat-shield i don't know how it cut. It is too expensive, I found it in http://www.minspeed.net/BOS.htm it has good price in the site. Is it better than the original one ? and do I need to change the second one also or only one is enough ?
