I have property in the Dallas area that I am doing my normal inspection on

 

Unfortunately SGP racing is indeed the only shop in Houston with Dynapack and they are stubborn enough to maintain their $1,750 (per 8 hours).
However, there is the a shop in New Braunfels charging $125 an hour and they are even willing to work Sat and Sunday if neccessary .
Pls PM if insterested...this seems to be the best "cost-effective" option out there right now.
We need to know how many cars in order to squeeze this into Jan's hectic schedule.

That shop in New Braunfels has a self imposed curfew since it's in a residential area. Figure on Avg it will take 1.5 hrs to do a car.

We are only 1 car away from holding the event...I should hear from Jan tomorrow about the tentative date.

When you hold the tunning event with Jan just make sure your belt is not slipping and you don't have any leaks. We spent a good amount of time changing belts and fixing leakages when we had the Bay area tunning session.

Would strongly suggest for all your attendees to check their belts and check for any leaks.

 

There is a guy from Dallas that Jan owes a tune too. He did a quick flash and needs to finish it up. Only needs to pay for Dyno time. Goes by XLR8N on metroplexmini.org He said he'd get down to New Braunfels.

Yeap...unfortunately as we coud not come up with a full group (at least 6 cars) Jan has already commited April 26 in Rochester with another group.
I am waiting to get another tentative date from Jan probably in May.
I will keep all of you posted.

 

 

Oh man, big time disappointment! Please make sure you keep me on the list for the next tentative date. I was really looking forward to a little MINI whispering by Jan on the 12th or the 26th.
