I'd love to see a review from someone with first hand experience with it. It looks like the Helix model and includes a modified grill to prevent cutting the factory one. The price is good too.

Planning and picking one up soon....price is cheaper than ALTA and IMO looks better and comes with a grill! no cutting!

I would love to hear Helix's input on this. I know they have been working on this for a while. Man that sucks that Helix was 2nd to "release."
I cannot wait for a comparison...

isnt that graph of the forge FMI the same graph they used before the newer (dual core?) design? If you guys remember, Forge used to sell a FMI similar to the shape of alta's current one for a lot cheaper compared to ALTA... and i am pretty sure the graph they show on forgemotorsports is a chart for that design... just kinda confusing

how do you remove the front body work?

Also.... im assuming this will create more turbo lag since it has more volume.

Install wasn't too bad but clearance is almost not-there....had to do some dremeling where the boost tubes connect to the intercooler, so there was room for the clamps, also slight shaving of the upper IC mounting bracket, and had to find a place to tie wrap the stock temp senor, other than that, the IC sits right against the bumper and the pre-shaved grill supplied with the IC.

.....about 10-16 pop-out clips, and 6 torx-25 bolts.... no lag felt yet but haven't had a chance to really test it out...

So far haven't had much drive time, but i canfeel less power drop off higher up in the RPM range, a lot more pull top end! Engine58 PM me if you want to meet up one day so you can give it a test drive.
