i got the alta v2 15% pulley installed and what i have noticed is that when the car is not warmed up there is a very slight squeaking sound, but once the car warms up the sound is gone. You really have to pay attention to hear the squeaking otherwise you will miss it. I am using the 06035 napa belt. Also when stock after a rain the belt would squeek pretty bad for a minute than go away really fast. After it rained with the new pulley/belt the squeaking stayed til the car got completley warmed up, is this normal? Once the car reaches its normal level on the temp guage theres no squeek whatsoever....

 

Ya belts have been squeaking in the cold or wet forever. Mine is pretty squeaky but it has 45k on it.

thanks for the replies but the problem fixed itself, i took it on a 500mile round trip to nashville and the problem seems to have disappeared, so im happy for now.
