I have JCW Exhaust . Today I installed Megan racing header, it is very very noisy header . Is there solution for this noise ?

 

Are you running with the test pipe or did purchase a cat and running it?

 

The header does not come with a cat, so it's pretty loud. Still quite loud with a cat, but much better...and you don't throw a code!

There is no solution. I put three different exhausts on my car to try and fix the problem. Nothing made it quiet and the flex pipe broke in a few weeks. Also, all of the ports were all a whole quarter inch off from where the holes were drilled and were blocking a lot of flow so be sure to check those very carefully and do some massive port matching and hole shifting. I ended up hanging it on the wall in my shop because it is so pretty and using the stock header without the pre-cat.
