Haha lucky. I've had my pulley installed for about 2 years, so about 21k miles and this will be my 3rd belt. I like changing my belt after every minor tune-up. Cheap insurance.

Gosh, I really need to change my belt. I've got to have about 13,000 miles on my 19% belt.

Haha, the belt should last you at least 20,000 miles. I just like keeping them fresh and I'm going to test out the next size (smaller) belt, Gates K060532, so that's another reason for the (pre-mature, lol) swap.

This is my 3rd set of spark plugs since the pulley install as well. My first set, Denso IK22, didn't fair me too well as they weren't in the greatest condition when I swapped them out for NGK BKR8EIX. I'm eager to see how the NGK's are holding up as I'll be going with the same ones again.

No sign of the belt tensioner though , I just hope it gets here by Friday. That and the goodies from DT. Can't wait to get the car back up and running so that I can enjoy this somewhat cold weather in Miami.

Ah, I never touched my plugs. I kept meaning to but kind of forgot.

As for my tensioner, I'm hoping that if I just never look at it then I won't see that it needs to be replaced. It seems the bad tensioners are the newer ones anyway.

I've read of the older ones failing, I think the newer ones were changed for the better. If the tensioner needs to be replaced, believe me, you'll hear it.

As for the plugs, if you live in a hot climate you may want to consider the NGK BKR8EIX (2 heat ranges COLDER than stock).
