yikes!!

i'm getting p0420 catalyst system below efficiency bank 1 . so anyone ever get this ? i'm thinkin' possibly the rear 02 sensor going bad . anyone /?

ok no other codes ... no o2 sensor related codes. if the cat is crapping out ,is there some one who sells a cat i can weld into this alta header?
